Message From The President
Great achievements begin with vision.
Carrying forward the vision of the late Mayor Harold Washington and every past president of NFBPA-Chicago is the honor of a lifetime.
Our vision is born from collaboration and shared purpose across the public and private sectors. Together, we’re driving innovation and meaningful change for the greater good.
This year, we began a strategic visioning process to define our priorities and strengthen the foundation that keeps us focused and strong. Leadership, to me, is about setting direction, maintaining the long view, and preparing those who will follow.
To our members and Board of Directors: thank you for your courage, optimism, and commitment. You are the force that moves our mission forward.
As a chapter, we remain rooted in community and guided by integrity and ready to serve, give, and grow together. I pledge to uphold these values and safeguard the mission of NFBPA-Chicago.
